Delivery, delivery time and execution

Ordered before 5:00 PM on workdays will be shipped the same day. Your package will then be delivered within 1-2 working days by the GLS parcel service. You will receive a track & trace code to follow your package.

Delivery is made at Yeah Gummy's expense to the address specified when ordering.

The Orderer (i.e. the person to whom the shipment is sent) will be the declarant and importer in the country for which the shipment is intended.

Yeah Gummy does not offer pick-up options.

Orderer is responsible for keeping contact details including delivery address up to date. If an order does not arrive because the contact details have not been entered correctly, Yeah Gummy will resend the order within 3 days of receiving the correct address and charge the shipping costs.

Responsibility for Delivery Changes:

If, after contacting the carrier, you decide to have the parcel delivered to a different address or a different person, you are responsible for the package from that moment.

Return Conditions:

Note: We only accept unopened and sealed jars. The jars will be inspected after receipt of your return. Upon approval, we will refund the purchase amount, minus any shipping costs, to your account. Please send an email when shipping.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

 

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 days reflection period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.
